We want everyone to be able to use this website, whatever device, browser or assistive technology they rely on.

Our standard
We work to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. The site is regularly checked with automated testing tools and by hand on desktop and mobile.
What we have done
- a “skip to content” link and a single, consistent page structure with clear headings;
- full keyboard navigation with visible focus outlines, including the menu and the enquiry form;
- text and background colours chosen to meet AA contrast ratios;
- labelled form fields with clear error messages;
- descriptive text for meaningful images, and a written transcript for the introduction video;
- layouts that adapt to phones, tablets and zoomed text, and reduced motion for people who prefer it.
Known limitations
Some older guides and articles were carried over from the previous version of the website. A few may still contain images without full descriptions or tables that are harder to read on small screens. We are reviewing these pages and will fix issues as we find them.
